Aufgrund einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir für unser Team «Facility Management» einen

Leiter Facility Management 100% (w/m)

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams (2 Mitarbeitende)
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Gebäude und Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Steuerung, und Überwachung von Modernisierungsmassnahmen
  • Leiten von spezifischen Projekten im Bereich Facility Management
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Energieeffizient - und Nachhaltigkeitsmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie relevanter Normen im Bereich Brandschutz
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und Vertragsunternehmen
  • Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kosten im Bereich Facility
  • Umsetzung von Investitions- und Neubauprojekten sowie technischen Umbauten
  • Einführung von Standards, Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen im Facility Management
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, Instandhaltung und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Erarbeiten von Investitionsanträgen (CER mit Kostenkalkulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung)
  • Erstellen von Lastenheften (Projektgrundlage)

Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Facility Management, idealerweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie ERP - Systemen (SAP)
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, sowie idealerweise Französisch

Berufliche Anforderungen ##

* Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender höherer Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
