Unsere Kundin ist ein international tätiges Facility-Management-Unternehmen mit mehreren zehntausend Mitarbeitenden auf allen Kontinenten. In der Schweiz erbringt sie technische, infrastrukturelle und kaufmännische Facility-Management-Leistungen für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und betreut dabei auch anspruchsvolle, internationale Life-Science-Standorte. Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworten von Qualitätsmanagement, KPI-Steuerung und Kostencontrolling
  • Führen des Vertragsmanagements zusammen mit dem Regional Director und Procurement sowie Leiten von Projekten und Aufzeigen von Innovations-, Optimierungs- und Einsparpotenzialen
  • Planen, Steuern und Koordinieren des technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements sowie Sicherstellen der geplanten und reaktiven Instandhaltung
  • Führen des gesamten Facility-Management-Teams in personeller und fachlicher Hinsicht
  • Pflegen der Kundenbeziehung sowie Koordinieren von Lieferanten inklusive Freigabe und Überwachung von Bestellvorgängen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Leiten aller vertraglich vereinbarten IFM-Dienstleistungen für Büro- und Laborgebäude sowie das gesamte Areal

Dein Profil

  • Ganzheitliches Verständnis von IFM-Konzepten
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, idealerweise im Bereich IFM mit Soft und Hard Services
  • Vertrautheit mit unterschiedlichen Nutzungsarten wie Labor, Produktion und Büro
  • Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Kundenumfeld
  • Praxis in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Gute Organisations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine proaktive, selbstmotivierte Art als Teamplayer
  • Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher (C1) / Englisch: Verhandlungssicher (C1)
