In Ihrer Funktion verantworten Sie die effiziente Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Fertigung und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum nachhaltigen Wachstum des Unternehmens.

Konkret übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Fertigung über sämtliche Produktionsbereiche hinweg
  • Umsetzung der Fertigungsstrategie sowie Aufbau skalierbarer Strukturen zur Unterstützung des Unternehmenswachstums
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Liefertreue, Qualität, Produktivität und Kosten anhand relevanter Kennzahlen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Kapazitäten, Investitionen sowie Produktionsressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Produktions- und Steuerungssysteme sowie Optimierung der Material- und Informationsflüsse
  • Etablierung und nachhaltige Verankerung von Operational-Excellence-Methoden sowie einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung von rund 400 Mitarbeitenden und der nachgelagerten Führungsebenen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller qualitäts-, arbeitssicherheits- und umweltrelevanten Anforderungen sowie Begleitung von Audits und Verbesserungsprozessen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Führungserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion innerhalb eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Operational Excellence sowie in Lean-Management-Methoden und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung grosser Organisationseinheiten sowie mehrstufiger Führungsstrukturen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und MES-Systemen sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für moderne Produktionsprozesse
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Standards in den Bereichen Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit Präsenz auf dem Shopfloor
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
