Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • In dieser Position tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Abschlüssen, Reporting und internen Kontrollen
  • Mit Ihrem strategischen Weitblick entwickeln Sie die Prozesse im Rechnungswesen laufend weiter, optimieren bestehende Abläufe und bringen Ihre Fachkompetenz aktiv ein
  • Die Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Revisionsstellen, Behörden und Banken übernehmen Sie eigenständig
  • Als Führungspersönlichkeit übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Leitung eines eingespielten Teams und fördern gezielt die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie über eine anerkannte Weiterbildung auf Fach- oder Expertenstufe
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition mit und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Abschlusserstellung und Finanzsteuerung
  • Im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und modernen Reporting-Tools sind Sie versiert. Zudem kommunizieren Sie stilsicher in deutscher Sprache; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Mit Ihrer Führungskompetenz, ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke, analytischen Denkweise und pragmatischen Art überzeugen Sie sowohl im Team als auch im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld
