Leiter Finanzen (Stv. CFO) ==========================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung der Finanzprozesse (konsolidierte Halbjahres\- und Jahresabschlüsse, Budgets etc.) und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Rechnungslegung der Gruppe
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und internen Kontrollen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Qualität und Verlässlichkeit der Finanzdaten
  • Steuerung und Optimierung steuerlicher sowie finanzieller Themen
  • Erstellung von Analysen und Bereitstellung von Schlüsselindikatoren (KPIs) als Grundlage für unternehmerische Entscheidungen
  • Dokumentation wichtiger Geschäftsvorfälle des Unternehmens (betriebsfremde Erträge, Realisierungen, Investitionen etc.) und Sicherstellung der Börsenkonformität
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams
  • Stellvertretung des CFO und enge Zusammenarbeit bei strategischen und operativen Finanzthemen
  • Mitarbeit an gruppenweiten Projekten und Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
  • Vorwiegend am Standort Granges (VD), gelegentlich aber auch in Müllheim\-Wigoltingen (TG) tätig

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Master in Finanzen, dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und in der Konsolidierung verschiedener Gesellschaften unterschiedlicher Grösse; bevorzugt in einem Lebensmittelunternehmen
  • Fundierte Beherrschung von IT\-Tools (ERP, BI) und Kenntnisse in der Finanzoptimierung
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Überzeugungskraft und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Starke Analyse\- und Synthesefähigkeiten kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Autonome, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft und Freude am Austausch mit den verschiedenen Standorten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und/oder Französischkenntnisse (C1\); Englisch von Vorteil
