En collaboration avec notre client, une entreprise du secteur de la santé, nous recherchons immédiatement ou selon accord un(e) Responsable Finances 80-100% pour des services centraux à forte valeur sociétale. Vos missions chez le nouvel employeur

  • En tant que leader, vous prenez la direction technique et personnelle de votre équipe et créez avec des structures claires des conditions optimales pour une collaboration performante
  • Vous êtes responsable des clôtures mensuelles, annuelles et consolidées selon Swiss GAAP FER ainsi que le CO, garantissant ainsi un reporting financier professionnel et fiable
  • Avec votre regard tourné vers la digitalisation, vous développez les processus comptables et optimisez durablement les directives du SCI, les instructions de travail ainsi que les mécanismes de contrôle interne
  • Vous pilotez de manière prospective la planification de la liquidité, assurez le respect des échéances des obligations financières et êtes responsable d-une facturation correcte et en temps utile
  • En complément, vous élaborez des reportings financiers pertinents et des analyses ad hoc, traitez des questions financières spécialisées et veillez au respect des obligations TVA pertinentes

Ce que vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Idéalement, vous disposez d-une formation commerciale achevée ainsi que d-une formation supérieure en comptabilité ou fiduciaire au niveau du brevet professionnel
  • Une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années, d-au moins six ans, en comptabilité ou fiduciaire complète votre profil par une pratique approfondie en clôtures, processus financiers et comptabilité
  • Vous combinez des connaissances solides en Abacus avec un allemand impeccable à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Sur le plan personnel, vous vous distinguez par votre esprit d-équipe, votre initiative, votre discrétion, votre loyauté ainsi qu-une manière de travailler autonome et efficace avec une forte orientation service
