Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die finanzielle Gesamtverantwortung des Gesundheitsbetriebs liegt in Ihren Händen, wobei Sie Liquidität, Ergebnisqualität und eine nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung sicherstellen
  • Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung beraten Sie die operative Führung sowie die obersten Gremien und schaffen mit fundierten Finanzanalysen verlässliche Grundlagen für strategische Entscheide
  • Sie führen fünf direkt unterstellte Führungskräfte und verantworten zentrale Bereiche wie Finanzen, Infrastruktur, Services und Informatik mit einem klaren Blick für effiziente Abläufe
  • Mit der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten sorgen Sie dafür, dass HOSPIC und das HC BI Tool wirksam für die Unternehmenssteuerung eingesetzt werden

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Gesundheitsökonomie und bringen eine solide fachliche Basis mit
  • Eine ergänzende Weiterbildung in Finance, Controlling, Gesundheitsökonomie oder Leadership erweitert Ihr Profil und unterstützt Sie bei der strategischen Führung eines komplexen Finanzbereichs
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als CFO sowie ausgewiesene Praxis im Spital- oder Gesundheitswesen sind zwingend, während Kenntnisse in HOSPIC, HC BI Tool und REKOLE einen zusätzlichen Vorteil darstellen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Integrität und ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz verbinden Sie mit strategischer Weitsicht, Entscheidungsstärke und einer konsequenten Umsetzungsorientierung
