Leiter Finanzen und Rechnungswesen 80\-100% (a) Für unsere Kundin im Oberland, eine etablierte und zukunftsgerichtete Unternehmensgruppe im Bereich Elektro\- und Gebäudeautomation, suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Leiter Finanzen und Rechnungswesen 80\-100% (a) In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die finanzielle Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere Gruppengesellschaften und beraten Führungskräfte sowie die Geschäftsleitung als kompetenter Sparringpartner in finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Belangen. Sie verbinden strategisches Denken mit operativer Nähe, schaffen transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die Finanzorganisation zukunftsorientiert weiter. Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen sowie das Controlling der Unternehmensgruppe mit acht Gesellschaften inklusive Abschlüsse, Budgetierung, Liquiditätsplanung mit Mittelbeschaffung und Management\-Reporting Verantwortung für das operative Controlling in den Bereichen Rapportierung, Fakturierung und Lohnadministration Finanzielle Begleitung von Projekten einschliesslich Projektcontrolling, Werkvertragswesen und systematischer Chancen\- und Risikobeurteilung Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finanzteams sowie Sicherstellung effizienter und zukunftsorientierter Finanzprozesse Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Digitalisierungsstrategie einschliesslich der Weiterentwicklung der ERP\-Systeme, der Datenintegration und des internen Kontrollsystems Kompetente Vertretung der Unternehmensgruppe gegenüber Banken, Revisionsstellen, Behörden, Versicherungen und weiteren externen Partnern Ihr Profil Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling (Fachausweis, FH/HF oder Universität) sowie mehrjährige Führungs\- und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in einem dynamischen KMU der Bau\- oder Elektrobranche Ausgewiesene Expertise in der Rechnungslegung nach OR sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten Fundierte Abacus\-Anwenderkenntnisse Durchsetzungsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands\-on\-Mentalität, hoher Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist sowie stilsicherem Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Das erwartet Sie Freuen Sie sich auf eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit grossem Handlungsspielraum sowie echter Mitgestaltungs\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeit.
