Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Als Leiter:in Immobilienbuchhaltung führen Sie Ihr Team fachlich sowie personell und gewährleisten eine professionelle Abwicklung sämtlicher buchhalterischer Prozesse
  • Verantwortung übernehmen Sie für die Immobilienbuchhaltung verschiedener Liegenschaften mit Hauptbuch, Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Sie koordinieren Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und stellen eine termingerechte sowie qualitativ hochwertige Finanzberichterstattung für die betreuten Mandate sicher
  • Im Tagesgeschäft begleiten Sie komplexere buchhalterische Fragestellungen und fungieren als kompetente Ansprechperson für interne Fachbereiche sowie externe Anspruchsgruppen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung bildet Ihre Basis und eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder im Immobilienbereich ergänzt Ihr fachliches Profil optimal
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung bringen Sie mit und verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Abschlüssen sowie im finanziellen Tagesgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office ermöglichen Ihnen einen sicheren Einstieg in die Funktion
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus und Ihre kommunikative Art schafft Vertrauen innerhalb des Teams
