Leiter\*in Abteilung Kommunikation \& Fundraising, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80%)

Die Abteilung Kommunikation \& Fundraising verantwortet die Positionierung und den öffentlichen Auftritt von Caritas Zürich, die interne und externe Kommunikation, das Fundraising sowie das sozialpolitische Lobbying. Sie stärkt damit die Wahrnehmung und Wirkung von Caritas Zürich und trägt wesentlich zur nachhaltigen Finanzierung unserer Angebote bei. Im Auftrag der Deutschschweizer Regionalorganisationen führt Caritas Zürich zudem die Fachstelle Kommunikation im Caritas\-Netz.

Per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter\*in Kommunikation und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung (80%).

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sind für die strategische und operative Leitung der Abteilung Kommunikation \& Fundraising verantwortlich. Die Positionierung und der Auftritt von Caritas Zürich sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikationsstrategie sind in Ihrer Verantwortung. Zudem sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Führung eines Teams von acht spezialisierten Mitarbeitenden
  • Fundraisingstrategie: Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung einer wirkungsvollen, nachhaltigen Mittelbeschaffung
  • Steuerung der Kommunikations\- und Fundraisingkanäle
  • Beratung der Direktion und der Angebotsverantwortlichen zu interner/externer Kommunikation und Positionierung
  • Vertretung gegenüber Medien, Öffentlichkeit und Gremien sowie Mitwirkung am sozialpolitischen Lobbying
  • Verantwortung für die Fachstelle Kommunikation im Caritas\-Netz im Auftrag der Deutschschweizer Regionalorganisationen
  • Mitgestaltung der strategischen Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung von Caritas Zürich als GL\-Mitglied

Unsere Anforderungen

Sie sind eine strategisch denkende, initiative und lösungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Gespür für Kommunikation, gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen und wirkungsvolles Fundraising. Sie verbinden konzeptionelle Stärke mit Umsetzungskraft, gewinnen sowohl Anspruchsgruppen als auch Mitarbeitende für gemeinsame Ziele und bringen zudem Folgendes mit:

  • Fundierte Ausbildung in Kommunikation, PR, Marketing, Fundraising oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in Kommunikation/Marketing, vorzugsweise im Nonprofit\-Umfeld
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Fundraisingstrategien
  • Erfahrung mit integrierten Kommunikationsstrategien und crossmedialer Kampagnen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikations\- und Fundraisingkanälen sowie Offenheit für neue Technologien
  • Interesse an sozialpolitischen und gesellschaftlichen Fragestellungen
