  • bieten spezialisierte Beratungsdienstleistungen für die öffentliche Hand
  • übernehmen im Personalverleih temporäre Führungs\- und Fachfunktionen in allen Aufgabenbereichen der öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • führen im Mandatsverhältnis Geschäftsstellen von Fachverbänden und Vereinen

Sie

  • verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Branche öffentliche Verwaltung
  • bringen Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
  • sind eine dienstleistungsorientierte, gefestigte und integre Persönlichkeit
  • besitzen Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und schätzen den Umgang mit Menschen
  • sind zuverlässig, belastbar und bereit, gelegentlich auch Einsätze ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten zu leisten
  • zeichnen sich durch eine genaue, speditive und selbständige Arbeitsweise aus
  • verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise über Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache

Ihre Aufgabe

  • bringt anspruchsvolle administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten mit sich
  • enthält die Führungsverantwortung eines Sekretariats\-Teams mit fünf Mitarbeitenden und einer/eines Lernenden
  • umfasst das gesamte Infrastrukturmanagement inkl. Kursraumvermietung
  • beinhaltet Telefondienst und Empfang
  • erfordert ein dienstleistungsorientiertes und stilsicheres Auftreten
  • setzt voraus, dass Sie flexibel und selbständig sowie gegenüber neuen Aufgaben offen sind
