The posting

Zur Umsetzung der städtischen Ziele gehört die strategische Beschaffung von Grundstücken und Liegenschaften. Für den Bereich Portfoliomanagement & Entwicklung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine strategisch denkende, erfahrene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die städtische Akquisitionstätigkeit der Stadt Zürich in Abstimmung mit dem Vorsteher des Finanzdepartements und der Geschäftsleitung LSZ
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer gesamtstädtischen Akquisitionsstrategie unter Einbezug betroffener Dienstabteilungen zuhanden des Stadtrats
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance-Vorgaben nach innen und nach aussen
  • Organisatorische, fachliche und personelle Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Akquisitionsteams, bestehend aus 2 Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von strategiekonformen Grundstücks- und Liegenschaftserwerben
  • Führung von Erwerbsverhandlungen mit Verkäufer\innen, internen sowie externen Partner\innen und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Erstellung fundierter Grundlagen, Anträgen und Fachdokumentationen zuhanden der politischen und verwaltungsstrategischen Entscheidungsträger\*innen
  • Berichterstattung zuhanden Gemeinde- und Stadtrat, Finanzdepartement und Geschäftsleitung

Profil ##

  • Hochschulabschluss Uni / ETH / MAS z.B. in Ökonomie, Recht, Wirtschaft, Architektur oder vergleichbar
  • Substanzielle Weiterbildung im Immobilienmanagement (z.B. CUREM, eidg. dipl. Immobilientreuhänder\in) und/oder in der Immobilienbewertung (z.B. Bewerter\in SVIT)
  • Nachweisliche mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienakquisition oder Beratung
  • Gute Vernetzung und gute Marktkenntnisse des Immobilienmarkts der Stadt Zürich
  • Personelle und unternehmerische Führungserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in grossen Organisationen
  • Durchsetzungs- und verhandlungsstarke sowie überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
