Leiter:in Ausbildungsverbund (m/w/d) 80 \- 100 % Die OdA Gesundheit beider Basel engagiert sich als Branchenverband für die Berufsbildung im Gesundheitswesen. Im Campus Bildung Gesundheit in Münchenstein führen wir ein Bildungszentrum für überbetriebliche Kurse mit rund 1'600 Lernenden. Zudem begleiten wir in unserem Ausbildungsverbund über 40 Lernende der Berufe FaGe, AGS und MPA auf ihrem Weg in die Gesundheitsbranche. Für die Leitung unseres Ausbildungsverbundes suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, die Zukunft der Berufsbildung aktiv mitzugestalten. Ihre Aufgaben In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die operative und strategische Leitung des Ausbildungsverbundes. Sie: rekrutieren Lernende sowie neue Verbundbetriebe und bauen nachhaltige Partnerschaften auf koordinieren und steuern die Ausbildungsplanung gemäss den Bildungsverordnungen stellen die Einhaltung des Bildungsauftrags und der Vorgaben zu den Lehrverhältnissen sicher tragen die fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für den Ausbildungsverbund begleiten die Lernenden als Bildungsverantwortliche:r und führen die Berufsbildner:innen des OdA\-Verbunds wirken bei Budgetplanung, Projekten und der finanziellen Steuerung des Bereichs mit pflegen Ihr Netzwerk in Bildungs\- und Gesundheitsinstitutionen und vertreten den Ausbildungsverbund nach innen und aussen beraten Verbundbetriebe in Bildungsfragen und unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Berufsbildner:innen übernehmen als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Führungs\- und Koordinationsaufgaben vertreten die OdA Gesundheit beider Basel an Informationsveranstaltungen und Berufsmessen Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über: einen Abschluss als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder FH einen Fachausweis als Ausbilder:in oder eine vergleichbare pädagogische Qualifikation Erfahrung in der Berufsbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Führungs\- oder Projekterfahrung Freude am Umgang mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen eine dienstleistungsorientierte, strukturierte und kooperative Arbeitsweise Das bieten wir Ihnen eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsfunktion mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum die Möglichkeit, die Berufsbildung im Gesundheitswesen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen und zeitgemässe Sozialleistungen ein motiviertes Team und kurze Entscheidungswege einen modernen Arbeitsplatz mit ausgezeichneter ÖV\-Anbindung die Chance, Teil des schweizweit einzigartigen Campus Bildung Gesundheit zu sein Stellenantritt Per 1\.
