Für Kunden aus den Branchen Kunststoff, Food, Pharma und Chemie entwickelt und produziert das Unternehmen individuelle Prozessanlagen und Systeme. Von der Entwicklung über die Fertigung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und den Service werden sämtliche Leistungen aus einer Hand erbracht. Zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Leiter:in Automation \& Elektrotechnik 80\-100% In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Automation, Elektroengineering und Elektromontage. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie die erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte sicher und prägen die technologische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mit. Aufgaben: Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Automation, Elektroengineering, Elektromontage und Entwicklung Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende und Ressourcenplanung Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme Gewährleistung von Qualität, Terminen und Wirtschaftlichkeit Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und Methoden im Engineering Förderung von Innovationen sowie Evaluation neuer Technologien und Lösungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Projektleitung, Konstruktion, Produktion und Service Profil: Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Elektrotechnik, Automation oder Systemtechnik (HF/FH) Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Maschinen\- oder Anlagenbau und Projektgeschäft Fundierte Kenntnisse in Automation, Elektroengineering, Programmierung (Siemens TIA) und Elektromontage Führungserfahrung und Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden Unternehmerische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Benefits: Verantwortungsvolle Führungsfunktion mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum Direkter Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung eines erfolgreichen Industrieunternehmens Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams in den Bereichen Automation, Elektroengineering und Elektromontage Anspruchsvolle und innovative Kundenprojekte in einem internationalen Umfeld Kurze Entscheidungswege und unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit Moderne Anstellungsbedingungen sowie individuelle Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Langfristige Perspektive in einem erfolgreichen, inhabergeführten Unternehmen Interessiert?
