Der Hauseigentümerverband Zürich ist ein seit 1886 bestehendes, mittelgrosses Unternehmen mit Sitz in der Stadt Zürich. Rund 90 Mitarbeitende engagieren sich täglich für ein umfassendes Dienstleistungsangebot in den Bereichen Immobilienbewirtschaftung, Verkauf, Bewertung, Baumanagement und Rechtsberatung.

Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit als

Leiter/in Baumanagement (m/w) 100%

Sie sind verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Führung der Abteilung

Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehören insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten

  • Entwicklung, Koordination und Überwachung von Umbau\-, Sanierungsprojekten
  • Erstellen von Zustandsanalysen, Objektanalysen, Machbarkeitsstudien, gesetzlich entsprechende Baueingaben, Ausführungsplanung, \-begleitung, Kostencontrolling und Verrechnung
  • Akquisition
  • Telefonische und örtliche Bauberatungen
  • Referent an Fachseminaren des Hauseigentümerverbandes Zürich
  • Sie vertreten den Hauseigentümerverband Zürich in entsprechenden Gremien

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss in Architektur (FH) mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Baumanagement oder Bauleitung
  • Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Projektleiter
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Methoden\- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
