Als Spezialistin in den Bereichen Raumkonzepte, Bauprojekt\-, Umzugs\- und Flächenmanagement macht Swiss Office Concept AG seit 15 Jahren Räume wahr. Sie unterstützt als etablierter Anbieter mit diversen Standorten in der Schweiz Unternehmen jeder Grösse bei der Umsetzung ihrer räumlichen Bedürfnisse.

Zielsetzung

Innerhalb unserer erfolgreichen Planungsteams im Bereich Bauprojekt\-Management und Brandschutz suchen wir eine engagierte Führungsperson, welche sich dieser Herausforderung annehmen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen den Bereich Bauprojektmanagement und Brandschutz mit drei Mitarbeitenden personell, finanziell und fachlich und tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für dessen erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung
  • Sie steuern anspruchsvolle Umbau\- und Sanierungsprojekte im Hochbau im Bereich des gewerblich genutzten Arbeitsraumsvon der Konzeption bis zur Übergabe
  • Sie sichern die Einhaltung von Terminen, sowie der Qualität und stellen ein wirksames Projektcontrolling sicher
  • Sie verhandeln Verträge mit Bauherren, Fachplanern, Unternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zu Bauherren, Behörden und Partnern
  • Sie akquirieren neue Projekte und betreuen bestehende Kunden aktiv
  • Sie verantworten die Kalkulation nach SIA, Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlungen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Praxis als Gesamt\- und Bauleiter in der Realisierung von komplexen Umbauten und Sanierungen sowie im Baurecht mit
  • Sie bringen Führungs\- und Berufserfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement und als Bauherrenvertreter/\-berater mit
  • Sie kennen sich mit den einschlägigen Normen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben bestens aus
  • Sie führen klar, wertschätzend und verbindlich und überzeugen durch Eigeninitiative sowie eine hohe Entscheidungs\- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Sie sind ambitioniert und handeln strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
