Ein etabliertes Schweizer Planungs- und Beratungsunternehmen für gewerblich genutzten Arbeitsraum sucht am Standort Zürich eine fachlich und organisatorisch starke Persönlichkeit für die Leitung des Bauprojektmanagements im Bereich Umbau und Sanierung.

Das Unternehmen begleitet Organisationen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Arbeitswelten: von der strategischen Flächen- und Immobilienberatung über Büro- und Einrichtungsplanung bis zum Bauprojekt-, Umzugs- und Change-Management. Die Projekte umfassen typischerweise Büroumbauten im Bestand, Mieterausbauten, Sanierungen von Arbeitsflächen, Fit-out sowie die koordinierte Übergabe an Betrieb und Umzug.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Leitung und Steuerung von Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten im gewerblichen Arbeitsraum
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Kommunikation gegenüber der Auftraggeberschaft
  • Begleitung der Vorstudie und Varianten, Mitwirkung bei Konzept und Projektierung
  • Ausschreibung, Offertvergleich, Vergabe und Vertragsführung mit Planern und Unternehmern
  • Koordination von Architekt, Innenarchitektur, Fachplanern, Unternehmern und Nutzervertretung
  • Bauleitung und Ausführungskontrolle bis Abnahme, Mängel- und Garantieabwicklung
  • Schnittstelle zu Einrichtungsplanung, Umzugsmanagement und Change-Begleitung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der projektbezogenen Zusammenarbeit im Zürcher Team
  • Reporting an Auftraggeberschaft und interne Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Architekt/in FH/ETH, Innenarchitekt/in, Bauingenieur/in, Techniker/in HF Hochbau / Bauplanung oder eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten in der Schweiz, idealerweise Büro, Gewerbe oder Fit-out
  • Sichere Beherrschung der SIA-Phasen, insbesondere 3 - 5, inklusive Submission und örtlicher Ausführung
  • Führungserfahrung oder ausgewiesene Steuerungskompetenz gegenüber Planern und Unternehmern
  • Beratungsstärke gegenüber anspruchsvollen Unternehmenskunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
  • Pensum 100 %, Eintritt nach Vereinbarung
