Leiter\*in Betriebe / Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Seit über 75 Jahren steht die BISANG Holzbau AG in Küssnacht am Rigi für Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und echtes Zimmermannshandwerk. Als regional verankertes und inhabergeführtes Unternehmen verbinden wir Tradition mit moderner Technik und schaffen damit Wohnraum, in dem sich Menschen zuhause fühlen. Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung unserer Führungsstrukturen bündeln wir drei betriebliche Bereiche unter einer neuen Leitung. Dafür suchen wir eine teamorientierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Leiter\*in Betriebe / Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung Deine Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für die personelle und operative Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung von drei betrieblichen Bereichen Koordination der Zusammenarbeit sowie Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse Sicherstellung von Auslastung, Einsatzplanung sowie Termin\-, Kosten\- und Qualitätsvorgaben Verantwortung für technische Qualität sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften Aktive Mitarbeit in der Geschäftsleitung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie Projektleitung CNC \& Holzbau, CNC\-Programmierung sowie Offerten und Abrechnungen im CNC\-Bereich Rund 40 % deines Pensums entfallen auf Führung und Geschäftsleitung. Im übrigen Pensum bleibst du bewusst nahe an der Praxis und übernimmst Aufgaben im Holzbau\- und CNC\-Bereich.
