Leiter /in Betriebsunterhalt 100% =================================

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Du bist für die Instandstellung, den Unterhalt der Gebäude und der Umgebung verantwortlich (Grünfläche)
  • Du bist SIBE \- Sicherheitsbeauftragter und unterstützt die BESIBE im
  • Du erledigst administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich CAFM ( )
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Wartung und Reparatur sämtlicher technischer Anlagen wie Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\-, Starkstrom\- und Schwachstrominstallationen
  • Du holst Offerten für Wartungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten ein und machst die Rechnungskontrolle
  • Du prüfst, koordinierts und überwachst Aufträge an externe Dienstleister und Handwerksfirmen
  • Organisatorische Mitplanung von kleineren Umbauarbeiten
  • Du bist verantwortlich für den Unterhalt aller technischen elektrischen und sanitären Anlagen, der Werkstatt, Lager\- und Containerräume, von Maschinenpark, Fahrzeugen und Reinigungsgeräten
  • Du behebst Störungen v.a. Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\-, Starkstrom\- und Schwachstrominstallationen
  • Bei Umzügen und Wohnungsabnahmen hilfst du bei der reibungslosen Organisation mit
  • Du richtest Räume für Veranstaltungen ein und sorgst für die Sicherstellung der benötigten Technik
  • Fachgerechte und umweltschonende Entsorgung aller anfallenden Materialien
  • Du begleitest Lernende während ihrer Ausbildung
  • Du erstellst mittels der Software Polypoint den Dienstplan für dich und deine Mitarbeiter
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme des Pikettdienstes in der Region Bern 1

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung zum Hauswart mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder gleichwertig
  • Du hast den Berufsbildnerkurs absolviert oder bist bereit diesen noch zu absolvieren
  • Du scheust körperliche Arbeit nicht und bist auch bereit, Pikettdienste zu übernehmen
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse erforderlich
  • Mit deiner zuverlässigen und exakten Arbeitsweise erreichst du auch die höchsten Ziele
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für ältere Menschen
  • Fahrausweis Kategorie B
