**DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE**

* Inspiriert Schöpfung von Mehrwert und Limitierung von Risiken während der Vertragsgestaltung * Kommerzielle Vertragsanalyse im Rahmen von Kundenausschreibungen * Erstellt konzise Analysen für Managemententscheide und teilt sein Wissen mit dem Firmenteam * Unterstützung der Projektleitung \& Einkauf bei vertraglichen Fragen während der Abwicklung laufender Aufträge * Ansprechpartner bei vertraglichen und juristischen Fragen * Wirkt an der Einhaltung essentieller Unternehmensrichtlinien mit * Optimiert das Vertragsmanagementsystem der Division Signalling

**DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN**

* Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Ingenieur Univ. mit solider Weiterbildung im Vertragswesen, alternativ BLaw/MLaw mit gutem technischem Verständnis * Angewandte Erfahrung über mehr als 10 Jahre; hat Verträge von Grossaufträgen bis ins Detail sowohl in Angeboten als auch in Projektausführung begleitet * Erfahrung mit Kundenclaims * Vertraut mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen und IFIs; kennt internationale Üblichkeiten * Erfahrung in Projektleitungsfunktion mit kommerzieller Verantwortung in Grossprojekten von Vorteil * Branchenkenntnis: vorzugsweise Eisenbahn, aber auch Kraftwerkbau, Schiffbau, Flugzeugbau, anderer Grossanlagenbau * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen (spezifisch Französisch) von Vorteil * Pragmatisch, zuverlässig, lernbegierig, proaktiv \& vermittelt/ teilt sein Wissen * Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Selbstständigkeit, navigiert souverän in einem komplexen Geschäftsumfeld
