\*Sie führen und fördern als Leiter/in Credit Office den Bereich Credit Office der Bank und führen in dieser Funktion zwei Mitarbeitende \*Verarbeitung der Kreditgesuche: Erfassen und Kontrolle der Dateneingabe und Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen, Erstellung der Vertragsunterlagen, termingerechte Auszahlung und Ablösung, Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Vorgaben, Scanning der vollständig bearbeiteten Kreditdossiers, Saldierung und Rückführung von Kreditpositionen \*Bewirtschaften der Kreditpositionen, Vorbereitung von periodischen Neubewilligungen, Baukreditabwicklung, Verwaltung der Hypothekarstammdaten \*Fachliche Unterstützung der Kreditberatung als Sparringpartner (Bewertung von Liegenschaften) \*Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit Ämtern, Versicherungen und anderen Banken \*Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen, modernes Arbeitsumfeld in einem dynamischen Team
