  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Führung des Einkaufs und entwickeln den Bereich gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie stellen die bedarfsgerechte, wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Beschaffung sämtlicher Gebrauchsartikel, Investitionsgüter und Dienstleistungen für den Spitalbetrieb sicher.
  • Sie initiieren und steuern anspruchsvolle Beschaffungsprojekte unter Berücksichtigung des öffentlichen Beschaffungsrechts und führen anspruchsvolle Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern.
  • Sie entwickeln das strategische Warengruppenmanagement weiter und erarbeiten sowie implementieren geeignete Beschaffungs- und Sourcing Strategien.
  • Sie identifizieren Einsparungs- und Optimierungspotenziale, analysieren relevante Beschaffungsdaten und schaffen damit fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Unternehmen.
  • Sie pflegen und entwickeln strategische Lieferantenbeziehungen, beobachten Markt- und Beschaffungstrends und stellen eine professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen sicher.

Das zeichnet Sie aus ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung sowie eine höhere Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf, Beschaffung oder Supply Chain Management. Sie bringen Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf und idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen mit.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Leitung von Beschaffungsprojekten, in anspruchsvollen Verhandlungen, sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie sind eine engagierte, initiative und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit und haben Freude daran, den Einkauf in einem sich wandelnden Umfeld aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie verfügen über gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind sicher in der Erstellung und Interpretation von Analysen, Auswertungen und Statistiken.
  • Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch oder Französisch in Wort und Schrift, verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache und überzeugen durch ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
