Wir suchen für unseren Kunden eine technisch versierte, hoch professionelle und erfahrene Fachperson für ein attraktives, modernes und anspruchsvolles Premium-Kundenumfeld.

In der Funktion als Leiter/in Elektro sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Facility Management, interner Elektro-Fachstelle, operativem Elektro-Team sowie den Endkunden vor Ort.

Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von drei Betriebselektrikern stellen Sie einen reibungslosen technischen Betrieb sowie die elektrische Betriebssicherheit sicher. Sie sind die kompetente Ansprechperson für fachspezifische Fragestellungen und übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle mit hoher technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Verantwortung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

- Durchführen und Überwachen von Inspektionen, Instandsetzungen, Installationen sowie wiederkehrenden Prüfungen an Elektro-, Gebäudeautomations- und Schwachstromanlagen

- Terminieren, Koordinieren, Prüfen und Einleiten von Massnahmen basierend auf durchgeführten Inspektionen

- Kontrolle und Koordination von Drittlieferanten

- Begleiten von Umbauten, Abnahmen und Übernahmen von Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen gemäss NIV-Vorgaben sowie Begleitung von Behördenkontrollen und Projekten

- Prüfen und Erstellen sämtlicher notwendiger Dokumentationen (Checklisten, Rapporte, Anlagenjournale etc.) sowie gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Sicherheitsnachweise gemäss aktuell gültiger technischer und rechtlicher Normen

- Einbringen von Lösungsansätzen zur Optimierung von Anlagen und Prozessen, insbesondere im Bereich Energieeffizienz

- Übernahme administrativer, organisatorischer und koordinativer Aufgaben im eigenen Fachbereich

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

- Weiterbildung als Elektro-Sicherheitsberater:in

- Mehrjährige, ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Installationstechnik sowie im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen

- Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik (MSR), Automation (GLT) sowie anwendungssichere Kenntnisse in KNX und DALI

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten technischen Regeln und Normen (z. B. NIN, NIV, StV, EN 50110)

- Gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie Affinität zur Anwendung fachlicher Tools

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

- Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

- Einwandfreier Leumund
