Leiter:in Empfang 100 % \- Du führst das Team Hospitality & Dienstleisterempfang und übernimmst die Personalplanung sowie die Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender. \- Du verantwortest die Prozesse und Systeme rund um Rezeptionen, Hospitality Services und den Dienstleisterempfang. \- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien, Weisungen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicher. \- Du koordinierst Besuche, Empfänge und Veranstaltungen und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf höchstem Serviceniveau. \- Du führst Sicherheitsinstruktionen für Gäste und externe Dienstleister durch und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Standortvorgaben. \- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Behörden und externe Organisationen am Standort. \- Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting- und Onboarding-Prozess für Dein Team. \- Du stellst einen professionellen, repräsentativen und bestens organisierten Empfangsbereich sicher. \- Du arbeitest aktiv im operativen Empfangs- und Back-Office-Betrieb mit und unterstützt Dein Team im Tagesgeschäft. \- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (EFZ) im kaufmännischen Umfeld (DL-Sektor) sowie/oder Weiterbildung Hotellerie. \- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sind zwingend. \- Ausgeprägte kundenorientierte und kommunikative Fähigkeiten. \- Dienstleistungsorientierte, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und Ordnungssinn. \- Teamfähigkeit. \- Rasche Auffassungsgabe. \- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. \- Gewinnendes und stilsicheres Auftreten. \- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (MS 365). \- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch.
