Sie sorgen dafür, dass Ersatzteile zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind und Kundenanfragen, Aufträge, Materialflüsse sowie interne Prozesse reibungslos ineinandergreifen. Der Fokus dieser Funktion liegt auf der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, dem sicheren Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen sowie der professionellen Koordination zwischen Kunden, Service, Lieferanten und Lager. Sie bringen Struktur in komplexe Abläufe, denken vernetzt und treiben Verbesserungen aktiv voran. Dabei profitieren Sie von einem erfahrenen Team, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung eines kleinen Teams im Ersatzteilmanagement Koordination, Überwachung und Abwicklung von Ersatzteilaufträgen im ERP\-System Kompetente telefonische Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden Sicherstellen einer sauberen und kundenorientierten Auftragsabwicklung Verantwortung für das gesamte Ersatzteilwesen von der Beschaffung bis zur Auslieferung Analysieren, optimieren und standardisieren von Prozessen im Ersatzteilwesen Weiterentwickeln von ERP\-Prozessen, Stammdaten und digitalen Abläufen Mitgestalten und begleiten von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Lager und Ersatzteilwesen Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Lieferanten sowie interne Fachbereiche Das bringen Sie mit Technische, logistische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung oder fundierter Praxiserfahrung in Prozessmanagement, ERP\-Systemen oder Lagerlogistik Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Koordination von operativen Abläufen, Aufträgen, Materialflüssen oder ERP gestützten Lager\- und Serviceprozessen Sehr gute ERP\- und MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Opacc Erfahrung bei der Einführung, Optimierung oder Weiterentwicklung digitaler Arbeitsmittel und Prozesse Freude an Kundenkontakt, telefonischer Kommunikation und administrativen Prozessen Erfahrung im strukturierten Analysieren, Standardisieren und Dokumentieren von Prozessen Organisationstalent mit analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie pragmatischer Machermentalität Darauf können Sie sich freuen Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit an der Schnittstelle von Technik, Kundenservice und Logistik Flexible Arbeitszeiten und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen Moderner Arbeitsplatz mit top Infrastruktur, Gratisparkplätze Familiäres Unternehmen mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und hoher Wertschätzung Regelmässige Mitarbeiteranlässe und ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld Es erwartet Sie ein motiviertes, gut eingespieltes Team und ein familiäres Arbeitsklima.
