Du möchtest Events nicht nur organisieren, sondern damit Teilhabe ermöglichen und etwas bewegen? Bei uns organisierst du nicht einfach Veranstaltungen: Du schaffst Begegnungen, ermöglichst Teilhabe und gestaltest besondere Erlebnisse.

In dieser Führungsfunktion innerhalb der Abteilung Service Center und Gastronomie gestaltest du Veranstaltungen mit echter Wirkung. Gemeinsam mit deinem zweiköpfigen Team entwickelst und realisierst du inklusive interne Anlässe, die sich an den Bedürfnissen der Klientinnen und Klienten der SSBL orientieren. Mit öffentlichen Veranstaltungen machst du zudem die Haltung, Botschaft und Strategie der SSBL nach aussen erlebbar.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe in Eventmanagement, Hotellerie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsfunktion
  • Gestalten von Veranstaltungen, die sich an den Bedürfnissen der Klientinnen und Klienten orientieren und Teilhabe ermöglichen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Digitale Affinität sowie Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden

Das erwartet dich

  • Planung und Realisierung interner, inklusiver und barrierefreier Anlässe
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Banketten, Seminaren und Führungen für interne und externe Gäste
  • Organisation und Durchführung öffentlicher Veranstaltungen, welche die SSBL und ihre Botschaft wirkungsvoll nach aussen tragen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit sowie Übernahme der Hauptverantwortung bei Veranstaltungen vor Ort
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Bereichen und externen Partnern
  • Bestehende Abläufe im Eventmanagement weiterentwickeln und mit digitalen Lösungen vereinfachen
  • Mitarbeit im Leitungsteam der Abteilung Service Center und Gastronomie
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung und Weiterentwicklung des zweiköpfigen Teams sowie Begleitung einer KV-Lernenden
