Einleitung

Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein etabliertes produzierendes KMU aus der Lebensmittelbranche mit rund 60\-65 Mitarbeitenden im Raum Zug, suchen wir eine erfahrene und unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit. Die Funktion ist direkt dem Geschäftsführer unterstellt und Teil der operativen Führung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen. Zusätzlich führen Sie die Bereiche HR und zentrale Services; die operativen Aufgaben werden von den zuständigen Fachmitarbeitenden übernommen.

der Arbeit

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Führung eines kleinen Teams in Finanzen, HR und Services; operative Aufgaben werden durch die Fachmitarbeitenden wahrgenommen
  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR
  • Liquiditätsplanung, Cash Management und Zusammenarbeit mit Banken
  • Budgetierung, Forecasting und Management\-Reporting
  • Verantwortung für Controlling, Kostenrechnung und Kalkulation
  • Sicherstellung von MWST\-, Steuer\- und Revisionsthemen
  • Steuerung von Verträgen, Versicherungen und administrativen Services
  • Weiterentwicklung von Finanz\- und HR\-Systemen sowie Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführer und Verwaltungsrat

Anforderungsprofil

* Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen * Mindestens 2 Jahre Fach\- und Führungsverantwortung, idealerweise mit Führung eines kleinen Teams * Mindestens 2 Jahresabschlüsse vollständig und selbstständig verantwortet * Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Rechnungslegung nach OR sowie Erfahrung mit MWST, Revision und Compliance * Fundierte Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsplanung und Management\-Reporting * Gute praktische Kenntnisse in Controlling, Kostenrechnung und Kalkulation; Erfahrung in einem produzierenden KMU von Vorteil * Höhere Weiterbildung in Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaft, z. B. eidg. Fachausweis, Diplom, HF oder FH * Gute Erfahrung mit ERP\- und Finanzsystemen, hohe Datenaffinität sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse von M365; BI\-/Reporting\-Erfahrung von Vorteil * Bereitschaft, neben Finanzen auch die Führungsverantwortung für HR und Services zu übernehmen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzthemen verständlich zu vermitteln * Integre, verantwortungsbewusste und urteilsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer selbstständigen und verbindlichen Arbeitsweise Und das erwartet Sie:

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer und Einbindung in die operative Führung
  • Viel Gestaltungsspielraum bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling, Kalkulation und Management\-Reporting
  • Möglichkeit, Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung in Finanzen, HR und Services aktiv mitzugestalten

  • 41\.5\-Stunden\-Woche mit Gleitzeit und Homeoffice\-Möglichkeit
