Die Vista Augenpraxen & Kliniken sind mit ihren rund 35 Standorten und etwa 500 Mitarbeitenden die grösste Anbieterin der Augenmedizin in der Schweiz. Wir bieten erstklassige medizinische Leistungen für unsere Patienten und setzen Standards in den Fachdisziplinen der Augenheilkunde, Augenchirurgie und der Augenlasermedizin.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams Finanzbuchhaltung, mit derzeit vier Mitarbeitenden in dieser Funktion rapportieren Sie direkt dem Finance Director
  • Verantwortung für Finanz- und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Optimierung des Nettoumlaufsvermögens (DSO, DIO, DPO)
  • Durchführung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR und IFRS
  • Konsolidierung des Schweizer Teilkonzerns für den Konzernabschluss inkl. monatlichem Reporting-Package
  • Betreuung von direkten und indirekten Steuern (MWST, StG, VSt)
  • Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stellen (Revision, Behörden, Treuhänder etc.)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner Prozesse und Kontrollmechanismen (IKS)
  • Integration neuer Standorte und Gesellschaften
  • Aktive und eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit in Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Fundierte Aus- und Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. eidg. FA Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit tiefgehendem Fachwissen und schneller Auffassungsgabe
  • Führungskompetenz mit partizipativem Stil und hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Abschluss- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften nach OR und IFRS sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf lösungsorientierte, effiziente und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (Navision, LucaNet/Konsolidierung) sowie sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Kenntnisse in Power BI von Vorteil
  • Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind vorausgesetzt
