Zur Umsetzung dieser Vision und zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dynamische und engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

+ Finanzbuchhaltung \& Hauptbuch: Du führst die Finanzbuchhaltung und das Hauptbuch für den SHV, seine Gesellschaften und die Regionalverbändeund stellst korrekte und termingerechte Buchungen sicher. + Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse: Du erstellst selbständig die Abschlüsse für vier Gesellschaften und sieben Regionalverbände nach Swiss GAAP FER. + Tagesgeschäft \& Kontrollen: Du bearbeitest Kreditoren, Debitoren, Zahlungsverkehr, Mehrwertsteuer und Lohnbuchhaltung, übernimmst anspruchsvolle Buchungen und Kontenabstimmungen und stellst die Stellvertretung sicher. + Budget \& Planung: Du erstellst das Gesamtbudget und den Forecast und führst die laufende Liquiditätsplanung. + Steuern \& Revision: Du erstellst beziehungsweise koordinierst Steuererklärungen und Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen, bereitest die Revision vor und arbeitest mit externen Fachpartnern zusammen. + Team \& Prozesse: Du führst die Mitarbeiterin Finanzen, regelst Zuständigkeiten und Kontrollen und entwickelst die Buchhaltungsprozesse pragmatisch weiter.

In dieser Position sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Finanzen fachlich sicher, transparent und vorausschauend geführt werden. Du arbeitest nahe an den Zahlen, führst das Hauptbuch und erstellst die Abschlüsse selbst. Gemeinsam mit der Mitarbeiterin Finanzen sorgst du dafür, dass Abläufe, Kontrollen und Termine zuverlässig funktionieren.

Dein Profil:

* Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise eidg. Fachausweis oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im selbständigen Führen eines Hauptbuchs

* Sicherheit bei Monats\- und Jahresabschlüssen; Erfahrung mit Swiss GAAP FER ist von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in Mehrwertsteuer, Steuern und Lohnbuchhaltung sowie im Umgang mit einer Revisionsstelle

* Präzise und eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Du arbeitest konzentriert und zuverlässig und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick. Du möchtest die Finanzbuchhaltung selbst führen und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team mit kurzen Wegen. Finanzielle Zusammenhänge erklärst du verständlich, Risiken sprichst du frühzeitig an und Verantwortung überträgst du bewusst. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
