Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem international tätigen Industrieunternehmen in der Region Basel, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine:n Leiter:in Finanzen 100%. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und realisiert moderne Lösungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und verbindet technisches Know-how mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch sowie einer langfristigen Kundenorientierung. Mitarbeitende erwartet ein professionelles und kollegiales Umfeld, in dem Eigenverantwortung, Gestaltungsfreiraum und langfristiges Denken gross geschrieben werden. Das Unternehmen ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung und Führung des kleinen Finanzteams
  • Mitarbeit bei Abschlüssen, Budgetplanung und Reporting sowie Aufbereitung wichtiger Zahlen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Abwicklung der MWST in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Frankreich sowie Organisation der jährlichen Inventur
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Gesellschaften und laufende Optimierung der Abläufe im Finanzbereich

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen und Rechnungswesen sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bereits mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Mehrwertsteuerrecht und Grundkenntnisse der steuerlichen Themen in Deutschland
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
