Leiter:in Finanzen 80 \- 100% Damit Menschen im Mittelpunkt stehen können, braucht es im Hintergrund verlässliche Finanzen und Strukturen. In dieser Schlüsselposition gestalten Sie diese aktiv mit. Die Stiftung RgZ unterstützt seit über 65 Jahren die Entwicklung, Lebensgestaltung und soziale Integration von Menschen mit Bewegungsauffälligkeiten, Entwicklungsbeeinträchtigungen, geistiger oder mehrfacher Behinderung. In acht Frühberatungs\- und Therapiestellen für Kinder, zwei Heilpädagogischen Schulen, zwei Tagesstätten, einer geschützten Werkstätte, einer Velowerkstatt, einem Restaurant, sieben sozialpädagogisch betreuten Wohnungen und einem Wohnheim für Erwachsene fördern, unterrichten, betreuen und beschäftigen rund 290 Mitarbeitende jährlich ca. 3500 Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene. Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung sind wir beauftragt, eine engagierte und integre Persönlichkeit als Leitung Finanzen, HR und IT zu finden. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung verantworten Sie die Bereiche Finanzen, HR und IT und entwickeln diese gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team von sieben Mitarbeitenden weiter. Im Zentrum steht die finanzielle Steuerung der Stiftung: Sie verantworten FIBU, BEBU und Anlagenbuchhaltung nach Swiss GAAP FER 21, Quartals\-, Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüsse, Budgetierung, Finanz\- und Investitionsplanung sowie Controlling und Reporting. Ebenso stellen Sie die korrekte Abrechnung gegenüber den verschiedenen Leistungsträgern sicher und entwickeln das IKS weiter. Im HR sorgen Sie für verlässliche Personalprozesse und eine professionelle Administration. Zudem stellen Sie gemeinsam mit einem externen Dienstleister eine sichere und moderne IT\-Infrastruktur sicher. Für diese vielseitige Führungsaufgabe suchen wir eine erfahrene Finanzpersönlichkeit mit höherer Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. Sie sind mit dem Stiftungsumfeld vertraut und von Vorteil auch mit der Abrechnungsmethode des Kantons Zürich. Ebenso überzeugen Sie durch eine starke Sozialkompetenz mit Ihrer ruhigen und überlegten Persönlichkeit.
