Leiter/in Finanzen \& Controlling =================================

In dieser zentralen Leitungsfunktion führen und entwickeln Sie den Bereich Finanzen \& Controlling mit fünf Mitarbeitenden. Sie erstellen und verantworten die Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR sowie die Konzernrechnung nach Swiss GAAP FER und stellen eine verlässliche finanzielle Steuerung der Gruppe sicher. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf dem projektorientierten Geschäft und dessen wirtschaftlicher Weiterentwicklung. Als Business Partner arbeiten Sie eng mit der Gruppenleitung sowie den operativen Verantwortlichen zusammen, schaffen Transparenz und liefern fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Um in dieser Position erfolgreich wirken zu können, wenden wir uns an eine

fachlich versierte, hands\-on und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit

mit einer fundierten Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder in Betriebswirtschaft. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im KMU\-Umfeld und sind mit der finanziellen Steuerung eines projektorientierten Geschäfts bestens vertraut. Kenntnisse aus der Bau\- oder Baunebenbranche sind von grossem Vorteil. Sie denken analytisch und unternehmerisch und verstehen es, auch komplexe finanzielle Themen klar und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln. Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse sowie eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz setzen wir voraus. Als Arbeitsort stehen Gerlafingen oder Rümlang zur . Bei Arbeitsort Rümlang sind zwei Präsenztage pro Woche in Gerlafingen erforderlich.
