Sie bietet ein umfassendes Angebot in den Bereichen Ausbildung, Weiterbildung, Forschung & Entwicklung. Der Bereich Finanzen Controlling sorgt dafür, dass die Hochschule finanziell verlässlich gesteuert wird und die verschiedenen Organisationseinheiten über aussagekräftige Grundlagen für Planung und Entscheidungen verfügen. Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position hat man uns mit der Suche nach einer engagierten und kompetenten Persönlichkeit als

Leiter:in Finanzen Controlling 80 - 100%

beauftragt. In dieser Funktion führen Sie ein eingespieltes Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden und tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für ein ordnungsgemässes und effizientes Rechnungswesen. Sie verantworten die Haupt- und Nebenbücher, Zwischen- und Jahresabschlüsse, die Kostenrechnung, das Cash-Management sowie Mehrwertsteuer- und Subventionsabrechnungen. Ebenso betreuen Sie das interne Kontrollsystem und arbeiten eng mit der Revisionsstelle zusammen. Darüber hinaus steuern Sie die Planungs-, Budgetierungs-, Controlling- und Reportingprozesse und entwickeln die entsprechenden Instrumente und Auswertungen, unter anderem in Power BI, kontinuierlich weiter.

Als dienstleistungsorientierte Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie eng mit den weiteren Teams der Abteilung Finanzen & Services sowie den wissenschaftlichen Instituten und Zentren zusammen. Sie vertreten den Bereich in internen und externen Gremien und schaffen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team verlässliche finanzielle Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit einer fundierten Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie einer Weiterbildung in Rechnungslegung, Controlling oder Projektleitung. Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Finanzfunktion mit und sind mit ABACUS oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System bestens vertraut. Sie kommunizieren klar und adressatengerecht, arbeiten strukturiert und zuverlässig und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
