Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensführung suchen wir eine erfahrene, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als### Leiter:in Finanzen, HR & Administration / CFO (100%)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Finance & Accounting einschliesslich Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, Budgetierung und Liquiditätssteuerung.
  • Weiterentwicklung effizienter Finanz-, Reporting- und Steuerungsprozesse, der dafür nötigen IT-Systeme, sowie interner und externer Schnittstellen.
  • Professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Revisionsstelle, Steuerbehörden, Versicherungen und weiteren externen Fachstellen.
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und des Verwaltungsrats mit Analysen und vorausschauender finanzieller Steuerung.
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten und an der weiteren Professionalisierung der Organisation.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung in einer leitenden Finanzfunktion, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen, industriellen oder technologieorientierten Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Accounting, Controlling, Planung und Liquiditätsmanagement.
  • Höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (FH/Universität oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung).
  • Unternehmerische, pragmatische und hands-on geprägte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Aufbau und an der Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen.
  • Solide Erfahrungen in Corporate Governance, Zusammenarbeit mit VR und Geschäftsführung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
