Gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Verbands aktiv mit! Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung verbinden Sie strategische Finanzführung mit HR und Organisationsentwicklung und sichern die Basis für eine wirkungsvolle Verbandsarbeit.

Der Verband Schweizerischer Elektrizitätsunternehmen VSE ist der Branchendachverband der Stromwirtschaft und engagiert sich für eine sichere, wettbewerbsfähige und nachhaltige Stromversorgung in der Schweiz. Der VSE vertritt die Interessen der Branche gegenüber Politik, Behörden, Wirtschaft, Medien und Öffentlichkeit und engagiert sich für genügend gut ausgebildete Fachkräfte.

Ihr vielseitiges Wirkungsfeld

Sie verantworten die vorausschauende finanzielle Steuerung und nachhaltige Entwicklung des Verbands. Sie leiten den Budget\- und Planungsprozess einschliesslich Investitionsplanung sowie operativer Mehrjahresplanung. Mit aussagekräftigem Reporting, Finanz\- und Projektcontrolling schaffen Sie Transparenz und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsleitung und Vorstand und unterstützen die Umsetzung strategischer Schwerpunkte. Zudem stellen Sie den Jahresabschluss und ein wirksames Risikomanagement sicher.

Darüber hinaus tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung von HR und Organisationsentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit den Fachverantwortlichen entwickeln Sie HR\-Strategie, Führungsmodell und Kultur weiter und begleiten Veränderungsprozesse.

Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Verbands aktiv mit und bringen die finanzielle, personelle und organisatorische Perspektive in Entscheide ein. Sie sind geschätzte/\-r Sparringpartner/\-in von Direktion, Geschäftsleitung und Führungskräften. In Ihrem Bereich führen Sie ein Team von drei Mitarbeitenden.

Ihre Fähigkeiten

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion, idealerweise als Mitglied einer Geschäftsleitung, und bringen einen Leistungsausweis in strategischer HR\-Führung und Organisationsentwicklung mit. Ein Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Finanzen oder eine gleichwertige höhere Ausbildung bildet Ihre fachliche Grundlage. Ihr fundiertes Know\-how in Finanzführung, Controlling und Risikomanagement verbinden Sie mit Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen und der Leitung von Veränderungs\- und Transformationsvorhaben.

Sie denken unternehmerisch, analytisch und vernetzt, erfassen komplexe Fragestellungen rasch und bereiten sie adressatengerecht auf. Als integrative Führungspersönlichkeit verbinden Sie Klarheit mit Empathie. Mit Gestaltungswillen, Umsetzungsstärke und sicherem Auftreten schaffen Sie Vertrauen und entwickeln tragfähige Lösungen.

Erfahrung im Verbandsumfeld oder in einer vergleichbaren Organisation ist von Vorteil. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch sowie gut in ösisch.
