Leiter/\-in Finanzen und Administration \& Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung 100% Die Stiftung Pflegezentren Gemeinde Arth zählt zu den 60 grössten Arbeitgebern im Kanton Schwyz und führt die Alterszentren Mythenpark in Goldau und Chriesigarte in Arth. Wir bieten ein Zuhause für unsere 142 Bewohnenden und beschäftigen um die 190 Mitarbeitende, davon 15 Lernende. Per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter/\-in Finanzen und Administration \& Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung 100%. Ihre Verantwortung: In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung, tragen die operative Gesamtleitung des Bereiches Finanzen, Administration und Informatik und setzen die strategischen Unternehmensziele des Stiftungsrates in Ihrem Bereich gekonnt und nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen erfolgreich um. Sie sind gesamtverantwortlich für das Finanz\- und Rechnungswesens inkl. Jahresabschluss sowie den Unternehmensbudgetprozess, die Finanzplanung und das Controlling für ein mittelständisches Unternehmen. Des Weiteren haben Sie die Leitung für Projekte, welche die Unternehmung weiterentwickeln sollen. Sie arbeiten eng mit den anderen Geschäftsleitungsmitgliedern der Stiftung zusammen und unterstützen den Institutionsleiter.
