  • Leitung der Forschungsgruppe "Klima und Landwirtschaft"
  • Forschung, Entwicklung und Evaluation von Klimawandelminderungs\- und Anpassungsmassnahmen in der Landwirtschaft, inklusive Fokus auf die Rolle von Böden als Treibhausgasquelle und/oder \-senke
  • Koordination eines Forschungscalls im Arbeitsprogramm von Agroscope
  • Wissenstransfer (Mitwirken in Gremien bei Agroscope, Austausch mit den relevanten Bundesämtern, Repräsentation von Agroscope auf nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen, Mentoring von Jungwissenschaftler/\-innen)

Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Abgeschlossene Dissertation im Bereich Klimawissenschaften, Ökologie, Umweltsystemwissenschaften, Agrarwissenschaften oder ähnlichen Disziplinen
  • Begeisterung für strategische Forschungsplanung und Entwicklung von Forschungsprojekten. Fähigkeit des vernetzten Denkens zwischen Forschungsgebieten in der Landwirtschaft
  • Mehrjährige (\>5 Jahre) Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Fachgebiet, Führungsstärke, teamfähige, kommunikative, ziel\- und ergebnisorientierte sowie kreative Persönlichkeit
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Akquisition von Fremdmitteln
  • Gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen und des Englischen

Der Forschungsbereich Agrarökologie und Umwelt untersucht die Auswirkungen der Landwirtschaft auf verschiedenen Umweltdimensionen: Klima, Luft, Boden, Biodiversität, Nährstoffkreisläufe und Wasser. Basierend auf den Prinzipien der Agrarökologie und unter Verwendung von realen Daten werden Lösungen für eine nachhaltige Landwirtschaft entwickelt. Die Vernetzung zwischen Disziplinen ist dabei essentiell, um Synergien und Zielkonflikte zu identifizieren.

Agroscope ist das Kompetenzzentrum des Bundes für die Forschung in der Land\- und Ernährungswirtschaft. Die Forschenden üben ihre Tätigkeiten an verschiedenen Standorten in der Schweiz aus. Hauptsitz ist Bern\-Liebefeld (ab 2026: Posieux FR). Angesiedelt ist Agroscope beim Eidg. Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF.

Die Forschungsgruppe Klima und Landwirtschaft erforscht Optionen zur Verringerung der landwirtschaftlichen Treibhausgasemissionen im Bereich Boden, Düngung und durch Kohlenstoffsenken. Sie untersucht die Chancen und Risiken des Klimawandels für den Pflanzenbau und evaluiert Möglichkeiten zur Anpassung. Darüber hinaus ist sie verantwortlich für das landwirtschaftliche Treibhausgasinventar der Schweiz.
