Sie wollen Verantwortung übernehmen und Ihre beruflichen Kenntnisse anwenden und erweitern? Im Regierungsstatthalteramt Oberaargau erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Führungsfunktion. Sie leiten den Fachbereich Gemeindeaufsicht und Zentrale Dienste und stehen im Austausch mit Gemeinden, Behörden und der Bevölkerung. Dabei verbinden Sie Führungsaufgaben mit spannenden Themen an der Schnittstelle von Verwaltung, Recht und Politik.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Gemeindeaufsicht wahrnehmen und anspruchsvolle Fachgeschäfte bearbeiten * Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinden, Behörden und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen pflegen und koordinieren sowie Konferenzen und Weiterbildungen organisieren * Amtspolitik und Kommunikation mitgestalten sowie den Regierungsstatthalter in anspruchsvollen Geschäften unterstützen * Personelle Führung des Fachbereiches * Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Bekämpfung von Häuslicher Gewalt, im Bewilligungswesen (Gastgewerbe, Prostitutionsgewerbe etc.) sowie im regionalen Führungsorgan wahrnehmen

**Ihr Profil**

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Gemeindeschreiber/-in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Führungspraxis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Gemeinden, Behörden und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen * Empathische, offene und kommunikative Führungspersönlichkeit * Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Französischkenntnisse
