Aufgrund einer frühzeitig geplanten Nachfolgeregelung in unserer Geschäftsstelle suchen wir ab 1\. Mai 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte Persönlichkeiten. Das Besondere an dieser Ausschreibung: Wir sind offen für unterschiedliche Profile und Organisationsformen: Leiter/in Geschäftsstelle \& Vereinsentwicklung (50\-70 %) oder Geschäftsführerin / Geschäftsführer (20\-40 %) und Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzen \& Administration (30\-50 %) Je nach Qualifikation und Interessen der Bewerbenden können die Aufgaben in einer kombinierten Funktion oder in zwei Teilfunktionen besetzt werden.
