Hier bekommst Du eine aussergewöhnlich breite Führungs\- und Gestaltungsaufgabe mit Sitz in der Geschäftsleitung. Unser wunderschön gelegener Sennhof bietet im historischen Gebäude sowie unserem « » mit der grossen Parkanlage für über 120 Menschen ein Zuhause. Unser stilvolles Restaurant ist ein beliebter Ausflugs\- und Begegnungsort für und .

Du gestaltest die Hotellerie \- und damit einen zentralen Teil unseres Hauses Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung führst und entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit Deinen Abteilungsleitungen einen Bereich mit rund 65 Mitarbeiter/innen. Zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehören Gastronomie und Küche, Restaurant und Speisesaal, Hauswirtschaft, KITA, Coiffeur sowie Qualitätsmanagement. Dabei verbindest Du hohe Dienstleistungsqualität mit wirtschaftlichem Denken und entwickelst unsere Angebote und Prozesse aktiv weiter.
