Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der schweizweiten Teams von 8 HR Business Partnern sowie 4 Recruiting Partnern und Sourcern
  • Sicherstellung eines wirkungsvollen HR Business Partnerings und Recruitings für die Gesellschaften der BKW Building Solutions sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Dienstleistungen
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der HR-Strategie als Mitglied des HR-Führungsteams der BKW Building Solutions
  • Sparringspartner für Geschäftsleitung und Management bei strategischen HR-Themen, Organisationsentwicklungen sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Führungskultur
  • Steuerung und Begleitung von bereichsübergreifenden Transformationsprojekten, organisatorischen Veränderungen sowie Fusionen und Akquisitionen
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung zentraler HR-Themen wie Talent Management, Nachfolgeplanung und Talent Acquisition in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business

Das bringst du mit

  • Höhere Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR Business Partnering und/oder Recruiting
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Organisationsentwicklungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts sowie Sicherheit in komplexen HR-Fragestellungen
  • Unternehmerische, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Beratungskompetenz
  • Freude an einer gewissen Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
