Dein Aufgabenbereich

In dieser Kaderposition bist du für die gesamte Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt der MitarbeiterInnen verantwortlich. Als berufs\- und lebenserfahrene Persönlichkeit wirst du

  • den monatlichen Lohnlauf sicherstellen
  • für die Sozialversicherungsadministration (inkl. Lohndeklarationen) verantwortlich sein
  • interne und externe Ansprechperson für sämtliche Personalthemen sein
  • die HR\-Prozesse und Führungsinstrumente weiterentwickeln
  • die Zeitabrechnung, die Spesen und die Absenzen führen
  • relevante HR\-Kennzahlen her\- und konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
  • das Intranet und andere Mitarbeiter\-Informationstool pflegen
  • bei der Planung und Organisation der verschiedenen Mitarbeiterevents mithelfen

Dein Profil

Wir suchen eine dynamische Persönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Du

  • besitzt eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im Personalbereich
  • kannst auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion zurückblicken
  • hast bereits die Personaladministration inkl. Payroll/Lohnlauf verantwortet (Abacus Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • kennst dich dem Schweizer Arbeitsrecht aus und beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • schätzt die Unterstützung der KI und nutzt dabei den gesunden Menschenverstand
  • bist es gewohnt, konzentriert zu arbeiten und die Prioritäten richtig zu setzen
  • hast Spass an der Arbeit mit Menschen und der Unterstützung ihrer beruflichen Weiterentwicklung
