Leiter/in HRM (80\-100%) ========================

Direkt dem Rektor unterstellt und als ständiger in der Universitätsleitung tragen Sie die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für das Personalwesen der Universität. Sie berücksichtigen dabei die spezifischen Rahmenbedingungen des akademischen Umfelds mit seinen heterogenen Funktionsgruppen sowie die einschlägigen öffentlich\-rechtlichen Grundlagen.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Personalstrategie in Abstimmung mit dem Rektor und der Universitätsleitung
  • Gesamtverantwortung und Weiterentwicklung des HR\-Managements insbesondere Aufbau einer auf die Bedürfnisse der Universität abgestützten Personalberatung, die Weiterentwicklung der Besoldungspolitik und die Digitalisierung von HR\-Dienstleistungen
  • Direkte Führung der Leitung Personaldienst und der Fachstellenleitenden Chancengleichheit
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Leitungsgremiums und weiteren Führungspersonen in Fragen der Organisationsentwicklung, Führung und entlang des Mitarbeitenden\-Lebenszyklus
  • Mitwirkung in gesamtuniversitären Kommissionen sowie Unterstützung strategischer Projekte mit Bezug zum HRM

Anforderungen

  • Hochschulabschluss auf Masterstufe in Betriebswirtschaft oder Recht oder äquivalente Ausbildung (z.B. NDS HRM)
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR\-Bereich, idealerweise im akademischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen, politisch mitgeprägten Organisationen und heterogenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Gute Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Personalrechts
  • Erfahrung in Changemanagement\- und Transformationsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft, Empathie und Führungsstärke
  • Problemlösungs\- und Integrationsfähigkeit
  • Strategische, analytische und vernetzte Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
