Für diese anspruchsvolle Transformationsaufgabe suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Leiter:in Immobilien SRG. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für das schweizweite Immobilienportfolio der SRG. Sie berichten direkt an den Direktor Finanzen und sind Mitglied des Leitungsteams der Direktion Finanzen. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Führungsteam gestalten Sie die zukünftige Standortlandschaft der SRG und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur langfristigen Sicherung ihres Service-public-Auftrags. Dabei verstehen Sie Immobilien nicht nur als Infrastruktur, sondern auch als verbindendes Element zwischen Menschen, Arbeitswelten und Unternehmenskultur. Sie entwickeln und realisieren die Standortstrategie der SRG mit dem Ziel, Flächen effizienter zu nutzen, Kosten nachhaltig zu optimieren und die Produktions- und Medienstandorte langfristig zukunftsfähig auszurichten.

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Immobilienstrategie der SRG
  • Führung und Entwicklung einer schweizweiten Immobilienorganisation mit über 100 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für ein Immobilienportfolio mit hoher strategischer, technologischer und gesellschaftlicher Bedeutung
  • Umsetzung der Standortstrategie, kontinuierliche Steigerung der betrieblichen Effizienz sowie nachhaltige Optimierung der Flächen- und Infrastrukturkosten
  • Weiterentwicklung zentraler SRG-Standorte, insbesondere der Produktionsstandorte Genf/Ecublens und Comano sowie des Areals SRF Leutschenbach
  • Verantwortung für Masterpläne, Investitionsplanung und langfristige Portfolioentwicklung
  • Steuerung komplexer Bau-, Sanierungs- und Transformationsprogramme
  • Vertretung der Immobilieninteressen der SRG gegenüber Geschäftsleitung, Verwaltungsrat, Behörden, Partnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen

Damit begeistern Sie uns ####

  • Hochschulabschluss sowie eine höhere Ausbildung im Immobilienmanagement oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung in einer komplexen Organisation
  • Erfahrung in der Führung grosser Bau-, Entwicklungs- oder Transformationsprojekte
  • Hohe strategische und unternehmerische Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geschäftsleitungen, Verwaltungsräten, Behörden und politischen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse mindestens einer weiteren Landessprache
