Wir suchen infolge Austritts des bisherigen Stelleninhabers per 1\\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Leiter/in Infrastruktur ======================= \* Führung des Bereichs Infrastruktur mit sechs Hauswarten und zwanzig Raumpflegerinnen an den Standorten Buchs und Sargans. Sicherstellung eines geordneten Betriebes und verantwortlich für die finanzielle Planung und Kostenkontrolle im Bereich \* Planung, Begleitung und Überwachung der regelmässigen, fachgerechten Unterhaltsarbeiten im Rahmen des festgelegten Budgets \* Mitgestaltung und \\-entwicklung der Infrastruktur, teilweise in Zusammenarbeit mit dem kantonalen Hochbauamt. Leitung eigener kleineren Umbauten und Beschaffungsprojekten inklusive Kostenkontrolle \* Verantwortlich für die Bewirtschaftung von Raumnutzungen durch Externe \* Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als Beauftragter für die bauliche Sicherheit \* Verantwortlich für die Ausbildung der/des eigenen Lernenden im Betriebsunterhalt \* Technische/handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit EFZ und langjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Instandhaltung \* Ausbildung zum eidg. Hauswart mit FA, idealerweise erweitert mit einer Weiterbildung als Leiter Facility Management oder Hausmeister HFP \* Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung \* hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, vernetztes Denken, sicheres Auftreten, belastbar und flexibel \* Gute Informatik\\-Anwenderkenntnisse, v.a.
