Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als:Ihre Aufgaben: Führung des IT-Teams sowie Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Softwarepartner Verantwortung für Betrieb, Sicherheit und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur Betreuung von Microsoft 365, Netzwerken, Servern und Business-Applikationen Evaluation, Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten Applikationsverantwortung für Abacus inkl. Koordination von Updates, Anpassungen und Schnittstellen Sicherstellung eines verlässlichen Anwendersupports und einer serviceorientierten Betreuung Verantwortung für Berechtigungen, Lizenzen, Datenschutz, IT-Dokumentation, Beschaffung, Budget und Investitionsplanung Beratung der Fachbereiche bei Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung und sinnvoller Nutzung neuer Technologien Ihr Profil: Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit Abacus-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung Wir bieten: Vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereichen Spannende Projekte rund um Digitalisierung und Automatisierung Kurze Entscheidungswege und moderne Arbeitsmittel Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen und 5 Wochen Ferien pro Jahr
