In diesem Vorhaben spielt die IT-Architektur eine Schlüsselrolle. Als rechte Hand des Leiters IT-Architektur suchen wir den Leiter des Architektur Office.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für alle Governance Prozesse der IT-Architektur und der Governance Boards (IT-Architektur Board, Plattform Kernteam Board)
  • Weiterentwicklung, Umsetzung und Kommunikation des IT-Architektur Target Operating Model
  • Etablieren und orchestrieren der «Community of Practices» für die föderierte Architekturorganisation
  • Erstellung des IT-Landschaftsreports and Ableitung von Massnahmen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Architektur Inventare
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Bereich IT-Architektur
  • Personelle Führung eines kleinen Teams

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung 
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ergänzung (z.B. MBA) von Vorteil 
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in der IT-Architektur sowie umfassende Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld mit vergleichbarer Grösse und Komplexität
  • Solide technische Grundlagen, idealerweise basierend auf praktischer Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Du überzeugst mit der Fähigkeit Strategien zu entwickeln und zu kommunizieren und mit Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation und Stakeholder Management 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
