Unser Kunde ist ein modernes Spital in der Nähe des Zürichsees. An mehreren Standorten kümmern sich die Mitarbeiter jährlich um die stationären und ambulanten Patientinnen und Patienten. Alle Standorte decken als Akutspital mit Chirurgie, Innerer Medizin und Geburtenabteilung, inkl. Notfallaufnahme und IPS eine umfassende Spitalgrundversorgung für die gesamte Region ab. Leiter/in IT Gesundheitswesen/Spital

Aufgabe:

Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie sowie Planung der digitalen Entwicklung im Einklang mit der Spitalstrategie. Gesamtverantwortung für einen stabilen, sicheren und verfügbaren IT-Betrieb inklusive Systeme, Netzwerke, Arbeitsplätze und Schnittstellen. Verantwortung für klinische und administrative Informationssysteme sowie Koordination der Anforderungen aus Medizin, Pflege, Verwaltung und Management. Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten und Transformationsvorhaben, Infrastrukturmodernisierung oder Cloud-Themen. Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Verhandlung von Verträgen und Sicherstellung von Servicequalität. Umsetzung von Informationssicherheits- und Datenschutzvorgaben inklusive Berechtigungen, Backup-, Recovery- und Notfallkonzepten. Führung und Entwicklung des IT-Teams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Verträge, Service Levels, Budget und IT-Governance.

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. höhere Fachausbildung mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender IT-Funktion, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen. Expertise in IT-Betrieb, IT-Governance, Projektmanagement, Budgetverantwortung und Sicherheitsmanagement. Strategisches Denken, Führungskompetenz, hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke. Erfahrung in Stakeholder-Management und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
