Die Pädagogische Hochschule Luzern ist das Kompetenz- und Impulszentrum für die Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung und prägt die Bildungslandschaft mit zukunftsgerichteten Studiengängen für rund 2'500 Studierende sowie vielfältigen Aktivitäten in Forschung, Entwicklung und mit Angeboten in Weiterbildung und Dienstleistungen. In einem dynamischen und politisch geprägten Umfeld steht sie für Qualität, gesellschaftliche Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung. Für die weitere erfolgreiche Positionierung der PH Luzern in der Bildungslandschaft Schweiz suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungsperson als

Leiter*in Kommunikation und Marketing, 80 – 100 %

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle führen Sie die Stabsabteilung Kommunikation und Marketing fachlich, personell und finanziell, entwickeln die strategische Kommunikation der PH Luzern gezielt weiter und sorgen für ein konsistentes Gesamtbild. Als zentrale Ansprechperson unterstützen Sie die Hochschulleitung in sämtlichen Kommunikationsbelangen und tragen massgeblich zur erfolgreichen Steuerung sensibler Themen bei. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie Formate, Kanäle und Inhalte kontinuierlich weiter und setzen Kommunikations- und Marketingprojekte wirkungsvoll um. Sie pflegen den Dialog mit Medien und relevanten Anspruchsgruppen, bauen Ihr Netzwerk in der Zentralschweizer Medienlandschaft gezielt aus und bewegen sich sicher im Spannungsfeld von Governance und operativer Umsetzung.

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position bringen Sie einen Hochschulabschluss in einem für Kommunikation und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit relevanten Fachgebiet mit, ergänzt mit einer Führungsweiterbildung. Sie sind eine erfahrene Führungsperson, haben komplexe Kommunikationsprojekte erfolgreich geleitet und kennen die Anforderungen im Umfeld von Hochschulen oder öffentlich-rechtlichen Institutionen. Sie denken Kommunikation strategisch und digital, kennen die Logik von Medien und Öffentlichkeit und formulieren präzise, adressatengerecht und überzeugend. Zudem zeichnet sich Ihr Profil durch ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Bildungslandschaft Schweiz sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln aus. Als Persönlichkeit überzeugen Sie durch analytische Stärke, ein Gespür für die interne und externe Beziehungspflege sowie durch Ihre souveräne, gewinnende Art im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen.
