Die Raiffeisenbank Emmental steht für Nähe, Vertrauen und regionales Engagement. Wir beschäftigen rund 90 Mitarbeitende, darunter 5 Lernende, und sind an 6 Standorten in der Region vertreten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Kreditverarbeitung in Lützelflüh suchen wir eine kompetente Führungspersönlichkeit, die Freude daran hat, Mitarbeitende zu führen, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und die Zukunft unserer Bank aktiv mitzugestalten.

Leiter/in Kreditverarbeitung

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du führst das derzeit sechsköpfige Team Kreditverarbeitung fachlich und operativ
  • Du prüfst, verarbeitest und bewirtschaftest neue und bestehende Kreditpositionen gemäss regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Du klärst offene Fragen mit Ämtern, Versicherungen und weiteren externen Stellen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Kreditgeschäfte

Was bringst du mit?

  • Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Höhere Berufsbildung oder in Ausbildung dazu
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Praxiserfahrung im Kreditbereich (Abwicklung oder Beratung), Raiffeisenerfahrung von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Flair, rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
